I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The views of the surrounding area were breathtaking. The staff really stood out for their friendliness. everyone had a smile. Food in the restaurant exceeded my expectations with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Breakfast kept us well satisfied, with such a variety available every morning. The room was spacious and offered good amenities. However, air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as needed during hotter days, which made it uncomfortable at times. Cleaning could be more thorough. I noticed some dust in the corners. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, making it hard to navigate with luggage. Still, these issues didn't completely overshadow my stay. Would definitely consider returning for the scenic views and friendly service.

The food was a highlight, with breakfast offering a generous spread and the restaurant serving up delicious local flavors! Plus, the inviting pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
While our room was quaint, it had a funky smell that lingered, especially in the bathroom. And we missed having fridges and coffee refills. it felt a tad neglected on that front.

We had an awesome vacation with friends! Exploring the artisan fishing village and Bayeux with its famous tapestry was a blast. The pool was inviting, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Just a heads up, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but still comfy.
Our only downside was that the restaurant was completely booked when we arrived, and there were no alternatives offered. It was frustrating after a long day of travel.

Unexpected warmth in a cold place
Breezy mornings filled with fresh coffee made for a pleasant start. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff's efforts radiated genuine hospitality.
However, the lack of an elevator and the separate accommodation blocks posed challenges, with long walks to the restaurant, which felt lifeless despite its size.

missingWrote a review on 10 Junattentive staffexhausting walkawkward bath/shower setup
The staff were incredibly attentive.
I had a long walk dragging my luggage to the Privilege room. There was no lift available, which made it quite exhausting, especially with my pet. The bath/shower setup was awkward for my 77-year-old legs, not easy despite being reasonably fit. The small tea/coffee shelf lacked adequate lighting, making it difficult to use.

comfortable stay but isolated location
The reception was welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless. I appreciated the quick room change to a more accessible ground-level accommodation after expressing my concern about the stairs. The breakfast selection was impressive, with fresh options that satisfied my morning cravings.
The location felt remote, making it difficult to explore local attractions without a car.
